National Council for Homeopathy (Pakistan) : ウィキペディア英語版 | National Council for Homeopathy (Pakistan) The National Council for Homoeopathy (NCH) is an autonomous body constituted to regulate the education, examination, regulation and registration of practitioners of Unani, Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic medical system in Pakistan. Based in Rawalpindi, the council was formed in 1965, when Homeopathic system of medicine was recognized by the Government of Pakistan, under the Unani Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic practitioners Act, 1965.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://nchpakistan.gov.pk )〕 The council also prepares courses outlines, conduct examinations and awards diplomas. ==Overview== The council consisted of 20 members. Four members, being registered Homoeopaths, are nominated by the Federal Government, eleven members are elected from amongst the registered and listed Homoeopaths, two members are elected from amongst themselves by the teachers of recognized homoeopathy institutions and four members are nominated by the Federal Government, of whom one a scientist from the related field and one Deputy Secretary (Budget), Ministry of Health. The election of members are held after five years on Provincial basis by direct balloting system. All registered homeopathic practitioners cast their votes for all seats of their related province.〔 The council awards four years Diploma in homeopathic medical system (D.H.M.S).So far,133 homeopathic medical colleges of Pakistan are affiliated with Council.
